2008 SEPSDA Annual Meeting
2008 SEPSDA Annual Meeting, that is the close meeting, was held in Sino-German Center on Apr. 07-08 in Beijing, China.
Sino-European Project on SARS Diagnostics and Antivirals, abbreviated as SEPSDA, is the first project that participated by Chinese and European scientists with equal status. The project was initiated in May 2004 in Germany, and the final target is to study and search for new anti-virus compounds and to find out SARS anti-virus treatment drugs and new ways for SARS diagnosis. European Commission will take all research funds.
Research
achievements of this project will provide firm and abundant technical support
for other outburst infectious diseases so that diagnosis and treatments could be
made quickly and effectively.
The meeting was organized by Dr. Wang’s lab.
