Research
Experience
Integrative analysis of schizophrenia and autoimmune diseases, to uncover their potentially common genetic mechanisms.
Network-based analysis of schizophrenia GWAS data to reveal its susceptibility genes.
Genome-scale metabolic network (GSMN) reconstruction. GSMNs were first reconstructed for a pathogen Burkholderia cenocepacia J2315 and for a beneficial bacterium, Sinorhizobium meliloti 1021.
Developed the database for genome polymorphism and gene function studies of Mycobacterium MyBASE. http://mybase.psych.ac.cn
Research
Interest
Integration of genetic data, expression data and PPI network to explore the underlying mechanism for mental disorder.
To explore common genetic mechanisms between psychiatric disease and autoimmune disease.
